View 3D models with 3Dconnexion’s 6-Degrees-of-Freedom (6DoF) sensor, allowing precision manipulation of digital content and camera positions in CAD applications by gently pushing, pulling, twisting or tilting the controller cap to pan, zoom, and rotate 3D drawings. This leaves the other hand free to simultaneously use a regular mouse to select, create or edit models.

The Keys to Success and a Multitude of Options at Your Fingertips

SpaceMouse Enterprise has thirty-one programmable keys, creating a richly customizable experience for every user. Eight keyboard modifiers ensure significantly less hand movement than using a standard keyboard. Five QuickView Keys with long-press function create ten views of 3D objects, while three Custom View Keys create an additional three, adding up to thirteen total views. This ensures CAD experts can double-check every angle of their work before presenting. A Rotation Toggle Key with LED signifier offers more control of objects while working, while the Fit Key brings objects back to center, keeping users from having to search for objects in their 3D space.

The programmable Function Keys automatically update as users change applications or environments, with a color LCD for visualizing key assignments. The display presents actual icons from your application1, offering the familiarity of a toolbar ribbon. Customizing which commands are assigned to which buttons is simple, using the simple but powerful 3DxWare 10 software.

This leaves the other hand free to simultaneously use a 2D mouse for selecting, creating and editing, a system which improves both body and hand posture2.
